Hi Folks yeap gloucse intolance test all done .

first test was still 6 fasting this morning

Monday i will likeley hear i have its impaired or i have tpye 2 it think it will be a close call

a radom test was 6.8 and the other test 6.8

and 7 is high .Not botherd they said not too bother with diet on holiday but too start when i get back
